Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

As previously reported by BioScrip, Inc. (the “Company”), C. Britt Jeffcoat and the Company agreed that he would step down from his position as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Mr. Jeffcoat’s last day with the Company was September 22, 2017.
