Other Events.

On September 11, 2017, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“Hewlett Packard Enterprise”) announced that it commenced an offering of senior unsecured notes (the “Notes Offering”) to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and to certain non-U.S. persons in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act. A copy of the press release announcing the Notes Offering, and which describes the Notes Offering in greater detail, is hereby incorporated by reference and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

The foregoing description and the other information in this Current Report on Form 8-K regarding the Notes Offering by Hewlett Packard Enterprise are included in this report solely for informational purposes.
