Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 31, 2017, Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Progenics” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an update regarding the timing of submission of the New Drug Application (“NDA”) for AZEDRA® (iobenguane I 131) . A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.

On August 31, 2017, Progenics issued an additional press release announcing that the Company will be presenting data from its registrational Phase 2b study of AZEDRA at the 5 ^th International Symposium on Pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma (“ISPP”) . A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
