ITEM 5.02:

APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS

On August 2, 2017, the Board of Directors of Global Healthcare REIT, Inc., a Utah corporation (the “Company”) appointed Zvi Rhine to serve as the Company’s President until his successor has been duly appointed. Mr. Rhine will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Biographical information regarding Mr. Rhine has been provided in the Company’s most recently filed Annual Report on Form 10-K.
