welcoming Betsy Francis to oversee
mobility and consumer markets in the Mid-Atlantic States –
Washington D.C., Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West
Virginia and North
Carolina. Francis will manage more than 1,600 employees, 150
AT&T-owned retail locations, more than 260 authorized retail
locations and 660 national retail locations.

operations across three states. Prior to that, Francis was area
vice president for AT&T Ohio, where she managed products and
services and led the company's hyper-local competitive initiatives.
She also previously led product marketing, advertising and sales
for AT&T Digital Life, the company's home security and
automation solution, among other positions.
