Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 19, 2017, Ionix Technology, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it is seeking to expand its business and is actively exploring investment opportunities in the financial services sector in the Asia Pacific region, more specifically, financial service institutions in the Philippines. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
