PALM SPRINGS, CA -- May 11, 2017 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- WorldFlix, Inc. (OTC: WRFX), along with its subsidiary Paranotek, a mobile application and end-to-end encryption software company focused on corporate data security, recently filed for its first shareholder stock dividend with FINRA to issue 1 share of Series B preferred stock for every 100,000 shares of common stock a shareholder owns as of the record date to be set by the Company shortly. Each Series B share will convert into 100,000 common shares. FINRA has set the declaration date for today, May 11, 2017.
“We’ve been moving quickly on several fronts, and the market has definitely taken notice. I’ve been shown newsletters and stock boards that have been recommending WRFX, stating now is the time to buy. The Company has been receiving more inquiries from interested shareholders and market commentators as well. The excitement seems to be building, and timing couldn’t be better,” stated Brad Listermann, Chairman and CEO of WorldFlix.
“Now that FINRA has set the declaration date for the stock dividend, our Board is determining a record date. Only shareholders of record on this date qualify for the stock dividend. For each 100,000 common shares owned as of that record date, the Company will issue 1 share of Series B preferred stock to the shareholder. This stock dividend is designed to double our larger, current shareholders’ holdings over time, and the shareholders I’ve spoken about this with are very excited. We appreciate the support of our shareholders and are looking forward to sharing our future success with them,” continued Listermann.
“We have also made great strides on other fronts. We have launched the new Swantry website www.Swantry.com, which is very thorough and includes a demo of the app. As soon as we are confident the Parano IP is properly protected, we are ready to pull the trigger and release Swantry for purchase. The investors we have been meeting with are just as excited as we are about Swantry and Parano, and we expect to finalize funding soon.”
Recently, WorldFlix has been meeting with investment groups to discuss financing terms to buy the Company’s debt, assist with financial restructuring and participate in its Regulation A+ offering of up to $15,000,000. Additionally, Paranotek, the Company’s encryption subsidiary, was invited and has begun the process to list on fundable.com for up to $300,000 to be raised through the fundable.com angel investors. In conjunction with the upcoming stock dividend and funding, WorldFlix has also engaged Eilers Law Group P.A. and has completed all necessary filings on OTC Markets.
