Item 8.01 Other Events

On February 10, 2017, the Company filed an application with OTC Markets Group to Uplist to the OTCQB. Currently, the Company's stock is traded on the OTC Pink Sheets under the symbol "BMXC". No assurance can be made that this application will be approved by OTC Markets Group or that the Company will actually be able to uplist to the OTCQB.
