Technologies Inc. (TSXV-NGH) (the "Company") is pleased to announce
that, at the annual and special meeting of shareholders of the
Corporation held on September 29,
2016, each of Sam Chebib,
Azmin Daya and James Iglesias were elected directors.
Biographical information for these directors is contained in the
Information Circular dated August 31,
2016.
The Company also announced the appointment of Nick Clemenzi as Chief Financial Officer and
Secretary of the Corporation effective September 29, 2016, who replaced David Toews.
Mr. Clemenzi is Principal at Innov8ive Management Advisory and
has provided financial executive level support to management of
various private and public companies requiring interim executive
financial leadership since 2009. Over his career, Nick has
also held various leadership roles with Coreworx Inc., MedcomSoft
Inc., Toromont Industries Ltd. and Deloitte & Touche,
LLP. Nick is a CPA, CA and a member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
