("Yellowhead" or the "Company") (TSX: YMI), in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, announced the voting results for the election of directors at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Monday, June 30, 2014 in Vancouver, British Columbia.

A total of 62,937,102 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 63.57% of the votes attached to all issued and outstanding common shares.  The director nominees as listed in the Management Information Circular dated May 23, 2014 were elected as Directors of Yellowhead at the meeting as follows:
