Sollensys Corp. (OTCQB:SOLS) announced that the audited financial statements of its newly acquired subsidiary, Sollensys Ltd. Co., located in South Korea, has been completed and issued by the Company’s independent auditors and filed this afternoon in Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Frank Woo, CEO of Sollensys Corp., stated, “We have been anxiously waiting for this audit to be completed. We are pleased that it is now completed and all necessary financial adjustments have been made that will allow us to move forward with our business plan.

“We have received many inquiries regarding the international situation with North Korea. We trust all will be resolved and business will continue to proceed as usual.

“We are extremely focused regarding the projected growth of the touchscreen panel industry and the demand of the product manufacturers that utilize touchscreen panel sensors. We believe the future will be very dynamic for our company in meeting this demand.

“Our fiscal year end is March 31 and our audited financial statements for the most recent fiscal year ending March 31, 2013 will be filed on Form 10-K which will be due on July 1, 2013.”

Sollensys Corp.’s technology and products coincide with the dramatic growth of the smartphones and tablets marketplace. Touchscreen panels have become the dominant user interface today; 2012 saw a 68% increase in touchscreen panel orders as smartphone manufactures have begun to phase out feature phones. This growth will continue to increase as smartphones are less than 50% of the cell phones in the world market.

Sollensys Corp. holds numerous patents on the touchscreen panel technology and the manufacturing process.
