Healthnostics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HNSS), today announced that InternetArray's (PINKSHEETS: INAR) just-announced notice of spinoffs will be passed through to HNSS stockholders. This will result from the previously-announced special distribution by HNS Fund Co. of one share of INAR stock for every three shares of HNSS stock to HNSS stockholders of record as of April 30, 2012. This special distribution of InternetArray, Inc. common stock will entitle each HNSS stockholder to also receive pro rata shares of the INAR spinoffs of BidSellBuy and Premier Gold Traders.

The spinoff companies are expected to be traded as fully reporting Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) stocks.
