Gary Penrith Joins Four Corners’ Board of Directors

Four Corners, Inc. (FCNE.PK) (“Four Corners”, or the “Company”)
announced the appointment of Gary L. Penrith to its Board of
Directors and Michael G. Petersen to its Compliance Committee. Mr.
Penrith will serve as Chairman of the Compliance Committee which
also includes Board Members John Schreiber and Tom Foley.

Gary and Mike joining our Compliance Committee. They bring with
them a depth of experience in business, law enforcement and the
regulatory process that will serve to enhance the Company overall
and the Compliance Committee in particular,” said John J.
Schreiber, the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman of the Board. “Gary’s background, coupled with Mike’s
regulatory background and Tom Foley’s extensive legal background,
gives Four Corners a solid compliance team that will enable the
Company to grow its gaming foothold.”
Mr. Penrith is a retired Deputy Assistant Director of the
Federal Bureau of Investigation with over 23 years of law
enforcement experience. He currently serves on the Boards of the J.
Edgar Hoover Foundation, the U.S. Marine Corps Law Enforcement
Foundation and the FBI National Executive Institute where he is a
past president. Mr. Penrith previously served as a Board member of
Aetna Bank of Chicago. He has a MBA in Finance from the University
of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration
from the University of Miami.
Mr. Petersen is a retired Deputy Commissioner of the Michigan
Bureau of State Lottery. He is a past president of the North
American Gaming Regulators Association and received the Excellence
in Gaming Regulation award for 2011 from the North American Gaming
Regulators Association. Mr. Petersen has a MBA in Management and a
BA in Accounting from Michigan State University.

subsidiary, K&B Sales, Inc., distributes bingo supplies and
equipment to charity bingo licensees in Texas. FC Distributing LLC,

machines to the Native American casino market in Oklahoma.
