Euro-zone posted a current account deficit in July
Euro-zone reported a current account deficit of €19.86 billion in July, compared to a surplus of €4.24 billion in the prior month.
Germany PPI advanced more than anticipated in August
In Germany, the PPI climbed 45.80% on a YoY basis in August, compared to rise of 37.20% in the previous month. Markets were anticipating the PPI to rise to 37.50%.
US building permits dropped in August
In the US, building permits declined 10.00% on a MoM basis in August, compared to a revised drop of 0.6% in the prior month.
US housing starts advanced in August
In the US, housing started climbed 12.2% on a MoM basis in August, compared to a revised drop of 10.90 in the previous month.
