Christine Lagarde warns that Euro-zone’s inflation hasn’t peaked yet
European Central Bank (ECB) President, Christine Lagarde stated that Euro-zone’s inflation has not peaked and its risks turning out even higher than currently anticipated.
US Dallas Fed manufacturing business index advanced more than expected in November
In the US, the Dallas Fed manufacturing business index climbed to -14.40 in November, compared to a reading of -19.40 in the prior month. Markets were expecting the index to rise to -18.30.
Japanese unemployment rate remained unchanged in October
In Japan, unemployment rate remained unchanged at a level of 2.60%, in October. Markets were expecting unemployment rate to drop to 2.50%.
Japanese retail trade climbed in October
In Japan, retail trade advanced 0.20% on a MoM basis in October, compared to a rise of 1.10% in the previous month.
