Adams has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel, effective immediately. Adams will report to Honeywell Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dave Cote. Adams succeeds Peter Kreindler who will retire after serving as Honeywell's Senior Vice President and General Counsel for more than 17 years.
