Confirmation of Early Redemption of the GBP20,000,000 93/8% Debenture Stock 2026 (the "2026 Debenture Stock")

Further to previous announcements, the Company confirms that the 2026 Debenture Stock has been redeemed in full on 28 June 2022 under and in terms of the trust deed constituting the 2026 Debenture Stock (as amended and supplemented from time to time). The listing of the 2026 Debenture Stock on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading of the 2026 Debenture Stock on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc have each been cancelled with effect from 8.00 am on 28 June 2022.
