Redemption of 11% First Mortgage Debenture Stock 2021 (the "11% Debenture Stock")

Delisting and cancellation of trading of the 11% Debenture Stock

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 11 February 2021, the Company announces that, in terms of the trust deed constituting the 11% Debenture Stock (as amended and supplemented from time to time) it has today, 31 March 2021, repaid the 11% Debenture Stock 2021.

Following applications by the Company, the FCA has cancelled the listing of the 11% Debenture Stock on the official list maintained by the FCA and the London Stock Exchange plc has cancelled the trading of the 11% Debenture Stock on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. today, 31 March 2021.
