Notification of Redemption of 11% First Mortgage Debenture Stock 2021 (the "11% Debenture Stock")

The Company announces that its 11% Debenture Stock will be redeemed on 31 March 2021 under and in terms of the trust deed constituting the 11% Debenture Stock (as amended and supplemented from time to time).

Application will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to cancel the listing of the 11% Debenture Stock on the Official List maintained by the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange plc to cancel the admission to trading of the 11% Debenture Stock on its main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 am on 31 March 2021.
