Lookers plc announces that Andy Bruce, Chief Executive Officer and Director, has purchased 192,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Group on 12(th) July 2019 at a price of 38.75p per share.

Following the purchase, the total interest of Andy Bruce and his connected persons in Lookers plc is 849,426 ordinary shares, representing 0.22 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
