                            Directors Shareholdings



The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification on 20 June 2006 that
Martin Brooks, Chairman & Chief Executive, acquired, on 20 June 2006, 368,794
ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 7.05p per share. Martin
Brooks is now interested in a personal capacity in 554,840 ordinary shares in
IDOX representing 0.28% of the current issued share capital.



The Board also announces that it received notification on 20 June 2006 that
Richard Kellet-Clarke, Financial Director, acquired, on 20 June 2006, 200,000
ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 7.05p per share. Richard
Kellet-Clarke is now interested in a personal capacity in 600,000 ordinary
shares in IDOX representing 0.31% of the current issued share capital.



The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1p per share.
