The Company has been advised that on 18 February 2011, Dusko Lukic, Non-Executive Director, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at 35p per share. On 21 February 2011, Dusko Lukic acquired a further 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 40p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Lukic has a total beneficial interest in 92,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.44% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
