The Board has noted the recent rise in its share price and press speculation and
can confirm that since the announcement of our Interim Results in mid November
we have won several new dealership relationships in the ordinary course of
business.  Furthermore we are in discussions with several manufacturers and
larger dealership groups that may or may not lead to contractual relationships
in the near future.
