--Volkswagen's luxury car maker Audi plans to cut 9,500 jobs in
Germany as part of a restructuring plan, German daily Handelsblatt
reports, citing unnamed sources.
--Audi will rule out forced redundancies and plans to offer job
guarantees for the remaining 50,000 employees at its core
Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm sites, according to the report.
--The company plans to create 2,000 new jobs in other areas,
Handelsblatt says.
