Kind of odd they did not acquire the actual ZenSports name, changing the name would have gotten some more eyes on it.

This was also buried in the Employment Agreement, so there is clearly a pretty good merger or acquisition coming here IMO. Whether its Ultimate Gamer or CoreSpeed or something else......who knows....very interesting though.


(f)The Company agrees that should an Uplisting occur during the Employment Period or within 90 days after the Employment Period (provided that Executive’s employment did not terminate due to Cause or without Good Reason prior to the Uplisting), (i) the Company will pay the Executive a one-time bonus of $1,700,000, and (ii) this Agreement, the Base Salary and Incentive Compensation will be reviewed by the Compensation Committee of the Board, if one exists, otherwise by the Board, in coordination with any Uplisting. 8K out today, John Linss and Anthony J. Fidaleo new company officers. Seems like a change of control or business direction is likely IMO as they are getting paid huge salaries for what looks to essentially be a shell company, or one with pretty minimal operations.
