Vinci Appoints Global Head of Environment

Vinci SA (DG.FR) said Thursday that it has appointed Isabelle
Spiegel as its global head of environment to carry out the French
construction company's ecological goals.
Ms. Spiegel has worked for nearly 15 years at major accounting
firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she audited companies for
compliance with environmental regulations. Most recently, she
managed the French environmental activities of engineering firm
Arcadis NV (ARCAD.AE).
She will report to Pierre Coppey, executive vice president of
Vinci.
