Wtf ihub, i did not write that gibberish and I will not edit it.

They cannot rs.  They would've 10 times over.  They would have changed names also, not many mining tickers operate under bio/health sectors.  They need to put together a package to the sec and make them happy, make finra happy and then bring us shareholder value in the form of a rs.  Lol been in the other too long beano and I've only been here 7 years.

Annual and they should file Form 10 afterwards, that is if you can believe the freshly bankrupted CEO. They said the same thing for the 22 and 21 year audits a couple years back.

I dont see them releasing the form 10 for at least another couple months since it would supposedly have year ending 2024 numbers on it. Homeboy CEO did sign up a convertible note last year that hits due February 2025.

So our audit went from 2022-2023 to now 2023-2024? In March this year CEO said Fruci was working on 22-23 now 23 is almost done before end of year, that means it took 9 months to do 1 year? Guys a crook.

(the “Company”): On March 13, 2024, the Company retained Fruci & Associates II, PLLC as its new independent audit firm to complete the 2022 and 2023 full year audits of the Company’s financial records. The Company will continue to keep shareholders informed of developments.

Now here is the most recent audit information.

New York, NY (December 11, 2024) VG Life Sciences, Inc. ("VGLS" or the "Company"), has released a statement to update shareholders on the Companys audit.

In a statement released today, the Company is confirming that the Companys auditor, Fruci & Associates, will complete the 2023 audit prior to the end of December 2024. It is the intent of the Company and its auditor to then quickly complete the 2024 audit.

Subsequent to the completion of both the 2023 and 2024 audits, the Company will file a Form 10 registration statement to once again become a fully reporting Company.

After the Form 10 is effective, it is the Companys intent to complete a transaction that will deliver value to shareholders.
