Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

The Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on September 12, 2019. A quorum consisting of approximately 77% of the Company's common stock issued and outstanding was represented either in person or by proxy. At the meeting the following proposals were approved by the stockholders:


1.	To elect two directors to hold office for the terms set forth herein and until their successors are duly elected and qualified.


2.	To ratify the appointment of Wipfli LLP as our independent auditors for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019.


3.	To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.
