OTHER EVENTS.

On August 28, 2019, Sino Agro Food, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and posted information on its website relating to recommended procedures for shareholders in connection with the Company’s previously disclosed delisting of the Company’s securities representing beneficial interests in shares of common stock from Oslo Børs’ Merkur Market. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the information posted on the Company’s website is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
