Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The reported securities are included within 213,000 SVBL units (the "Units") purchased by Tortuga Investments Corp., a private company wholly owned by the reporting person, for $0.47 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one share of SVBL common stock and one half of one common share purchase warrant
(2)	The reported securities are included within 425,000 SVBL Units purchased by 0893306 B.C. Ltd., a private company wholly owned by the reporting person's spouse, for $0.47 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one share of SVBL common stock and one half of one common share purchase warrant. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
(3)	On September 18, 2020, Silver Bull Resources, Inc. completed a one-for-eight reverse stock split of the shares of SVBL common stock, resulting in the ownership of 256,208 fewer shares of SVBL common stock held by Tortuga Investments Corp.
(4)	On September 18, 2020, Silver Bull Resources, Inc. completed a one-for-eight reverse stock split of the shares of SVBL common stock, resulting in the ownership of 4,944,463 fewer shares of SVBL common stock held directly by the reporting person.
