Item 5.05 Amendments to the Registrant’s Code of Ethics, or Waiver of a Provision of the Code of Ethics.

On November 5, 2019, Silver Bull Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) amended its Code of Ethics (the “Code”). The changes to the Code include, among other things, expanding the scope of the Code to apply to business partners of the Company, clarifying that potential violations of the Code should be reported to the Audit Committee of the board of directors of the Company and that questions about the Code should be directed to the Chief Financial Officer of the Company through an employee’s immediate management (if appropriate), and separating certain special duties and conduct of senior financial management from those of directors, business partners, and other officers and employees. A copy of the Code is posted on the Company’s website, www.silverbullresources.com.
