Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
 
On December 30th, 2019 the Board of Directors, pursuant to Section 607.0704, Florida Statutes, the Board of Directors, acting as shareholders of the Preferred Shares and pursuant to their own resolution, voted to increase the authorized shares of the Corporation from 6,900,000,000 common shares to 9,900,000,000 common shares.
