Do the math and see what the $ amount is at .000001...you will realize that there really was no action...like $4.00 on todays trading.
why is there action on this today?? I thought it was dead? I own 10M shares....

I think they still can...but you have to call in the order with your broker...but it sure puts an over all damper on the volume...it will take a great reason for peeps to go through their broker to trade it...here is an OTC link to explain it.

I actually just now did call the number 1 424 224-5358 and I did get an answer...it was a sharp accented Mexican sounding women that was confused and and told me I had the wrong number...so there you go....LOL

I tried emailing and calling the info on OTCmarket site here about 2 months ago but the email gave me a DAMON-failure notice and the phone number was not able to be completed...I was going to try calling this number(1 424 224-5358) again today that I got from the PDGO marketwatch website....reason I say again because I did call it early early this morning...like 2 am est just to see if there was an answer of some sort...in which it did answer...it was a recording that simply said "please leave a message"...and that was it...was planning on calling today to see if an actual individual would answer but I forgot too.

You actually got that response from an email or phone call....surprised you were able to get that far of any kind of response.

LOL...you are right...this really is in a Grace Period with the OTCmarkets...I have never seen Grace Period symbol before...this is do or die in the next 15 days at the most...either we hear from the company with the 2024 annual or this is done....once we hit the expert market most likely it won't return.

Well, there’s your answer. No financials filed, no extension filed either. Still no word from management since that ‘deal’ they were working on. One job, just stay current and it looks like they screwed that up.

I just want to see if they file the annual report to stay current...they filed last year on April 1st...so I expect it to be in the next two weeks...as for drilling...sure doesn't seem that way....but if they stay current perhaps it is indication that they might some how some way pump this thing on make believe or perhaps facts...either way I just want the hell out of this POS.

Lol... No, it wasn't. And that was just the tip of the iceberg. Those are the 3 that are left. There are dozens more that have been plugged that PDGO never paid for.

Maybe that is what the .0001 rally was all about...to raise funds to pay those fines.
I just took a look at Texas Railroad commission records for PDGO's operator. The 3 Perry leases still have not been plugged as required. So, this is another $149,158.00 they owe Texas

The pumpers? Are they telling the truth?   Maybe if people didn't promote scams, people wouldn't bash? 

There is still all the fraud... "Current" means nothing. They have failed to disclose the truth in those "reports".

That is the problem...what is true and what isn't...the only thing I know that is true is that the company is staying current and the yearly is coming up, hopefully if they come out with nothing else they will continue to strive at staying current...that is all they have as anything with proof.
And useless ihub basher trolls who claim not to trade otc stocks COULD tell the truth - butt they never do.
