Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

On April 29, 2022, Angelia Lansinger Hrytsyshyn informed the Board of Directors of mPhase Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
