(b) On December 4, 2020, Mr. Themistocles Psomiadis resigned as Director of the Registrant. Mr. Psomiadis’ resignation was not as the result of a disagreement with the Registrant, known to an executive officer of the Registrant, as defined in 17 CFR 240.3b-7, on any matter relating to the registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
