Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

As of May 27, 2020, Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (“the Company”) extended all warrants issued by the Company and expiring during the year 2020. Warrants are extended for an additional three years.

 

All other terms of the warrants, including the exercise price, remain unchanged.
