On April 16, 2020, Grayscale Investments, LLC, the sponsor of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (BTC) (the “Trust”), issued a report setting forth investment data for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 for certain investment products it sponsors and manages, including the Trust. A copy of the report is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
