On February 10, 2021, Golden Matrix Group, Inc. (the “Company”, “we” and “us”) issued a press release disclosing the estimated revenues for the month of January 2021 and the fourth quarter ended January 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
