As required under the California Corporations Code (CORP § 600), FOMO CORP. (“FOMO”) is calling for its annual shareholders meeting to be held July 16, 2021 1:00pm – 3:00pm ET at the following location:

The purpose of the meeting will be to elect members to the Company’s Board of Directors and update investors on recent developments and planned corporate actions, including announced mergers and acquisitions and potential spinouts of existing businesses.
