Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 21, 2019, Sandra Boenisch gave notice of her decision to resign from her position as Chief Financial Officer of Destiny Media Technologies Inc. (the "Company"). Her resignation will be effective on November 30, 2019. The Company is in the process of a search for her successor.
