We all have a trading strategy, to make money you have to hit the sell button at some point, unless your waiting for a dividend.

I plan on maintaining 80% of my shares and doubling my investment when I do sell the other 20%.

$DTREF My opionion the REE results are going to be high ,,, very high ,, if like I am thinking with the people being brought in and with the ones putting in there own money to gas this up I feel it will be truly be a fairy tail for DATELINE ,, colosseum is north of MP water flows north to south so higher concentrations would be in the north , this is what the geologists said,, why be elusive of wether there is REE in the first place either you have it or you don't unless you have way more than anyone could ever imagine and now talks of 2,3,4 plus million oz of gold as well ,,, every one under stand the golden tickets are in your hands ,,, PLEASE do not send them back to Australia. You'd think Barrick would have some state of the art sample mappings from the 1990s. They don't screw around. Name me one miner that's better.

The technology now has improved vastly.
They closed that mine in 1993 and never mined for rare earths back then.

What you possibly didn't know, much of that gold is illegally mined (stolen, essentially).
In one particular African country where I spend most of my time (#6 gold producing country in the world), the country produced nearly 5 million oz in 2024, with 2 million oz (40%) from ASM - most of that illegal, mined on other person's or companies properties. The government pretends to crack down on this illegal gold mining, but not too hard as all this gold flowing to the state gold buying board (even though they don't collect royalties or taxes on the ASM gold) has pushed up the local currency relative to the USD by 50% so far this year.

The locals buy gold from the ASM miners, make crude jewelry out of it and fly to Dubai to sell at a profit. The margins (difference between what they can buy it for in the bush and sell it in Dubai) are not actually that huge, but enough to be worthwhile if you carry enough gold...

Nineteen out of 36 respondents in the World Gold Council’s latest central bank survey said they are buying gold directly from domestic artisanal and small-scale gold miners in local currency. Four are thinking of following suit. This is a slightly higher figure than last year’s survey, when around 14 central banks out of 57 said they were buying directly from domestic sources.

I hear what others are saying about evaluation. I think what happened today was perfect. It will find the proper evaluation in time. If it gaps up. Well we all know what happens there. Maybe it has to fill the gap. Maybe it does not. I think the latter. But better if we can avoid the gap conversation in the first place. IMO.
