On August 13, 2020, Barfresh Food Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Barfresh”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2020 and an update on Barfresh’s recent business expansion. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
