BAE Systems Increases CEO's Pay Package to Ward off Rival Company -Sky News

--BAE Systems has increased Chief Executive Charles Woodburn's
salary and awarded him a 2 million pounds ($2.8 million) share plan
in order to fend off interest in hiring him from another FTSE 100
company, Sky News reports, citing the company's annual report and
unidentified sources.
--The British defense company has received support from top
shareholders for the increased deal, according to Sky News.
