RHI Magnesita NV (RHIM.VI) said Friday that it has appointed Ian Botha as its new chief financial officer, who is to be appointed at its 2019 annual general meeting and will join the company on April 1 next year.

The FTSE 250-listed supplier of refractory products said that Mr. Botha, currently the chief financial officer of Anglo American Platinum Ltd. (AMS.JO), will replace CFO Octavio Pereira Lopes, who plans to leave the company by the end of this year.
