ITEM 8.01 Other Events

 

2050 Motors, Inc. has launched its social network targeting the global cannabis market @ www.kanab.club. The Company is engaging its design and programming group, MarkUp Designs @ https://www.markupdesigns.com, to create, within thirty (30) calendar days, a friend-finder function deployed by mainstream social networks to enhance the utility of the site for members looking to meet other members online. In 2020, we intend to further enhance the platform with advertising, an e-commerce marketplace, and mobile application functionality for iOS and Android smartphones. Management will provide further updates to investors as they become available.
