Deutsche Bank Agrees to Sell Parts of Equities Business to BNP Paribas

Deutsche Bank AG (DBK.XE) said Monday that it has reached an
agreement with BNP Paribas SA (BNP.FR) to transfer its prime
finance and electronic equities business to the French bank.
The German lender said that the agreement provides continuity of
service to its clients.
The bank will transfer technology and key staff to BNP, it
said.
