Notice of Record Date

Woori Financial Group Inc. (“Woori Financial Group”) announced that July 30, 2021 will be the record date for the determination of the shareholders who are entitled to the distribution of its 2021 interim dividends.

Detailed information regarding the schedule and amount of the dividends is subject to approval by Woori Financial Group’s board of directors at its meeting to be held on a later date.
