Theisen, or either of them, as proxies, with full power of substitution, to vote shares of common stock of WESTERN ALLIANCE BANCORPORATION (“WAL”) owned of record by the undersigned and which the undersigned is entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at 11:00 AM MST June 15, 2021, at 1 E.
