Airbus: South African Airways Buys 5 More A320 Aircraft

European aircraft maker Airbus, a unit of European Aeronautics
Defence and Space Co. NV (EAD.FR), Thursday said South African
Airways has acquired five additional A320 aircraft.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The aircraft will be delivered from 2013 and will be powered by
IAE engines, Airbus also said.
South African Airways already operates a fleet of 11 A319s, six
A340-200s, six A340-300s and nine A340-600s, Airbus noted.
