Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Represents restricted stock units granted to the reporting person. 50,000 shares are fully vested. 300,000 of the shares subject to these awards vest as follows: 25% of the shares vest on the first quarterly installment date following April 5, 2022 and an additional 6.25% vest on a quarterly basis on the quarterly installment dates thereafter, subject to the reporting person's continued service through each vesting date.
(2)	Reflects the forfeiture of 11,917 unvested restricted stock units in connection with the reporting person's resignation from the Issuer's board of directors.
(3)	The shares subject to the option vest according to the following schedule: 50% of the shares vest on April 5, 2024 and 50% of the shares vest on April 5, 2025, subject to the reporting person's continued service through each vesting date.
